A CURBI assegura a prestação de serviços para efeitos da satisfação das necessidades de Certificação SCE, nos termos da legislação em vigor, a entidades públicas e privadas, empresas e particulares.

No âmbito da Certificação SCE, são passíveis de emissão os seguintes documentos:
a) DECLARAÇÃO DE CONFORMIDADE REGULAMENTAR
(necessária para o pedido de licença ou autorização de construção).
b) CERTIFICADO DE DESEMPENHO ENERGÉTICO E DA QUALIDADE DO AR INTERIOR
(necessário para o pedido de licença de utilização ou, no caso de edifícios existentes, para venda ou arrendamento do imóvel).
c) CERTIFICADO DE DESEMPENHO ENERGÉTICO E DA QUALIDADE DO AR INTERIOR
(no âmbito das auditorias e inspecções periódicas previstas no RSECE).
